April 5 - Going home!
It was time to get home. A little sad, since my mixture of Czech, Slovak, Russian and English actually turned out to work fairly OK for me in Bratislava. I caught a bus from Bratislava to Prague, where I was to fly to Copenhagen.
Well on the bus I was seated way back by a window. At my left I had a mother and her teenage son. The mother had the most bizarrely painted nails I've ever seen. Her nails were long, but only the upper parts of the nails werer painted. In front of me sat yet another mother and her daughter, 17-18 years old. After an hour with my physics book it felt like the sandman had paid me a visit, so I placed my head and my arms on the seat in front of me and fell asleep. I woke up, however, with a distinct pain in my eye. The girl in front of me had stretched her arms and poked my eye with her finger. Her mother laughted hysterically, an the lassie almost died of shame. I giggled a litte, and then she was pretty satisied by her doing.
As I arrived at Prague airport it became clear that my flight was, of course, 15 minutes late, but in the end I actually landed at Copenhagen airport. After the fastest ticket purchase of this century I boarded my beloved Öresund-train and went back home. As I sat down in my comfy seat I realized that I hadn't been to the toilet since I was in Bratislava, 10 hours before. Thus, I spent the border crossing taking a piss. That isn't something that everyone in the world has done!
